Location: Eldoret and Kisumu, Kenya
Contract duration: 6 months

Your Role
As our Field Technician, conduct project installations; installing/ constructing and monitoring projects that benefit the farmers by: Increasing their yield and cutting down produce waste and elevate our brand. Your key roles will be:
- Executing solar-irrigation, and solar drying projects in line with market needs
- Building and maintaining relationships with smallholder farmers
- Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure they meet the company’s set standards
- Leading, motivating, and growing the village youth training team
- Prepare weekly project forecasts
- Train the project recipients on management, maintenance, and repairs
- Analyze and advise on the training outcomes
- Coordinate material supply, and village trainers program
