Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Vast understanding and calculation of payroll.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPM, SHRM-CP).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria.
