Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food Packaging Supervisor to oversee our packaging operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging activities are carried out in accordance with food safety standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitor and maintain packaging equipment and materials
- Train and develop packaging staff
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in food packaging or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
