Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Front Office Assistant role located in Mombasa County, Kenya. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as interpersonal communication, phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, providing administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills.

Responsibilities

Preparation of sales documents

Participation in stock takes

Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems

Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any questions visitors have

Receiving deliveries, distributing incoming mail

Qualifications

Job Specifications And Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, Front Office or related area.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
