
Program Overview
The BasiGo Manufacturing Development Program is an entry-level rotational program within the Manufacturing team, offering a comprehensive learning experience across various aspects of electric vehicle manufacturing. The program aims to provide interns with hands-on experience and exposure to different stages of the manufacturing process, enabling them to develop a deep understanding of EV manufacturing techniques and practices over a 6-month period.
Program Structure
Participants Will Undergo Rotations Across Key Manufacturing Processes, Allowing Them To Gain Proficiency In Each Area. The Rotational Structure Includes Exposure To The Following Core Processes
- Chassis Assembly: Hands-on experience with chassis processes.
- Body Assembly: Practical knowledge of body fabrication techniques.
- Paint: Exposure to the vehicle paint preparation and application process.
- Trim Assembly: Understanding of interior and exterior trim components and installation, including HV and LV electrical systems.
- Quality Control: Training in in-bond, out-bound and in-line quality control processes.
- Data Analytics: Gathering critical production data, defining key performance metrics, and developing interactive dashboards for real-time insights.
Desired Experience And Qualifications
- Recent graduates with a Degree in Engineering or relevant equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
