Job Title: HR / Crewing Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Recruiting and selecting qualified crew members and staff.
- Analyzing training needs with departmental managers.
- Developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
- Implementing policies on working conditions, performance, and discipline.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee as well as crew records.
- Ensuring crew and staff training, qualifications, and performance.
- Managing crew and staff records, schedules, and logistics.
- Advising on pay, promotions, benefits, and conducting salary reviews.
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree and at least two years of work experience as an HR/Crewing Officer.
- Must have Experience in marine operations.
- Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.
- Proactive problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to multi-task and work independently.
