Objectives of the role

  • Have an opportunity to explore and learn about wide range of topics
  • Participate in creating smart earned media and/or creative pitches
  • Tap into your understanding of the Kenya communications landscape to deliver best quality work, supporting team across campaign development, implementation and reporting
  • Understand what makes a story great

Key Responsibilities

Support the Client Services teams with day-to-day tasks and media campaigns:

  • Assist in day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely updates and smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
  • Support the creative department by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
  • Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign strategy discussions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support creative pitches and client presentations.
  • Help with the preparation of client presentations, reports, and status updates.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with designers, copywriters, and strategists to facilitate workflow and ensure brand consistency.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, sharing cost estimates and maintaining project documentation.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for advertising and branding.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker with an interest in consumer trends and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiar with project management tools
  • Keen eye for detail and a team player
  • Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Curious mind, eager to learn personality and a Can-do attitude is a must!
