Objectives of the role

Key Responsibilities
Support the Client Services teams with day-to-day tasks and media campaigns:
- Assist in day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely updates and smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Support the creative department by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
- Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign strategy discussions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support creative pitches and client presentations.
- Help with the preparation of client presentations, reports, and status updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with designers, copywriters, and strategists to facilitate workflow and ensure brand consistency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, sharing cost estimates and maintaining project documentation.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker with an interest in consumer trends and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiar with project management tools
- Keen eye for detail and a team player
- Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Curious mind, eager to learn personality and a Can-do attitude is a must!
