Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Supervisor located in Nairobi County and surroundings, Kenya. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of security managing, ensuring a committed workforce, and implementing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Security supervisor roles 3 -5 years
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Certifications in security management or related field
- Knowledge of local security regulations and practices
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Motorcycle riding is a must (2 -5 years experience)
- Drivers license – Minimum Code 8 is a plus
