Job Title: Business Development Officer – Marketplace

Role Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in our online marketplace by onboarding vendors and attracting buyers.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
- Build strong vendor relationships and ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that increase sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Sales is a Plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
