Job Objective

  • This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive growth in our B2B business and effectively position our products to meet customer needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the travel tech industry.

Job Responsibilities
B2B Marketing:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement B2B marketing strategies to drive leads, acquire customers, and boost retention.
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to guide marketing efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales to provide marketing support and resources for client acquisition and retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Design impactful marketing materials like brochures, case studies, and presentations for business clients.

Product Marketing:

  • Go-to-Market : Plan and execute product launches aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze feedback to improve products and explore new opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Provide tools and training to help the sales team showcase product value.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and product videos.
  • Product Positioning: Craft clear messaging that highlights product value and competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with product roadmaps through teamwork with development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or product marketing, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
