Job Description
- As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Talent acquisition software
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling financial discrepancies
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity
- Addressing any financial inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree , Outlook )
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
