Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Cost estimation and monitoring
• Contractual Management
• Quality Control
• Bill preparation
• Communication: Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring budget adherence.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Quantity Surveying
• 4+ years of core experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or a related field.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office project
• Must be able to use AutoCad or Revit and any QS Software (e.g. planswift)
• Strong valuation skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Can take meaningful decisions alone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A professional certification is an added advantage.

Salary

• N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (plus project bonus and other incentives).
