Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proximity to the location is compulsory.
