
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuration & deployment of firewalls, routers, switches and wi-fi access points (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, MikroTik, D-Link etc.).
Utilizing monitoring tools to monitor the network and ensure optimum performance, identify network issues, and recommend
appropriate solutions.
Support end users with LAN and WAN related issues in coordination with other IT teams and service providers.
Management of local domain structure, users, rights and privileges using LDAP.
Configuration and maintenance of PABX and telephones and liaising with service providers on the same.
Enterprise endpoint protection platform (EPP) installation and management in coordination with the enterprise administrator.
Support & maintenance of Privileged access management (PAM) platform.
Creating and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams and technical guides.
Any other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or any other related degree is mandatory.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).
Associate or Professional certifications such CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
Familiarity with networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS).
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Ability to travel within short notice.
