Position: Marketing coordinator / Assistant / Promoter
Location: Nairobi
Overall Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for creating awareness and generate interest in the products. She/he will be responsible in promoting and marketing the products to prospect customers, attract and engage with target audience, ultimately driving sales and increasing product visibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for promotion within the department.
- Perform any other duties that may be required / assigned.
- Responsible for brand visibility.
- Responsible for developing marketing strategies for the product.
- Assessment of market share of our products compared to similar products sold by competitors and do price comparisons.
- Give customer feedback regarding complaints or suggestions; and track progress of the same to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit timely and accurate reports to your superior on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; as per the approved reporting formats.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of degree/diploma in Sales or Marketing or a related field – from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role handling Fastmoving products.
- Should have a proven ability to market a variety of products.
- Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
- Must have a valid driving license coupled with experience.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
