As we continue to expand, we are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales and Marketing Associates to join our dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of our market and growth of revenue.
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.
- Identifying target markets and tailor marketing strategies to suit these audiences.
- Managing relationships with existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships.
- Presenting and demonstrating products and services to potential customers
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing results to determine areas for improvement.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales.
- Assisting in creating and distributing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, explaining the benefits of the offerings.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales processes.
- Meeting or exceeding set sales targets, often through commissions or performance-based incentives.
- Collaborating with customers through the sales process
- Engaging with customers and promoting the brand across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Understanding customer needs and preferences to develop more personalized marketing strategies.
- Securing agreements and contracts to convert prospects into paying customers.
Skills, Education and Experience Required
Skills
- The ability to engage with customers clearly and persuasively.
Ability to close deals and resolve conflicts while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
Familiarity with marketing strategies, social media, digital marketing, and branding techniques. - Ability to assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Education Background
- A Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing/Communication or a related field is required
- Courses in consultative selling, sales management, and negotiation techniques will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Practical experience in a sales or marketing, at an entry-level.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital marketing, content marketing, social media).
- Proven track record of closing sales.
- Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
