Responsibilities
- Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Undertake all receptionists and clerical duties at the Desk.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate channels.
- Prepare outgoing mail by draft.
- Prepare minute of meetings.
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned.
