Role Description
This is a contract Marketing Officer role at UTU Cars Africa located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for market research, marketing, communication, social media marketing, and sales activities on-site.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote UTU’s services and products.
- Identify target markets, analyze trends, and position UTU Cars Africa as a leader in the automotive and fleet industry.
- Develop B2B marketing campaigns tailored for corporate clients.
- Strengthen UTU’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Design and execute strategies to generate quality leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC) to drive engagement and leads.
- Organize events, webinars, and trade shows to promote UTU’s services.
- Create high-quality content for marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, social media posts, and website updates.
- Oversee the creation of case studies, client testimonials, and success stories.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for specialized projects.

- Degree in Marketing is a MUST, Business Administration, or related field
- Valid drivers license and experience.

- Familiarity with corporate sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing software and platform
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B.
- Proven experience working in a startup environment, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
