Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role requires someone who is a self-starter, able to anticipate needs, and thrives in providing high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure easy access to critical information.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring all details are covered, from location selection to materials preparation.
  • Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, often under time-sensitive deadlines. Ensure executives are prepared for meetings with necessary materials and documents.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects as needed, providing support in research, data analysis, and report generation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and a team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
