SPA RECEPTIONIST

  • One of our units, located at the heart of the home of champions is looking for a Spa Receptionist. Poa Place is a luxury resort determined to promote good vibes uniquely to each and everyone within the family unit while appreciating the diverse culture of every individual.

Qualifications

  • University Degree/ College Diploma or its equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in spa services

  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Roles

  • Great clients warmly as they arrive. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Answer inquiries both in person and over the phone or via email.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa’s booking system. Handle rescheduling or cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update their details as necessary:
  • Handle billing and process payments, including cash, credit cards, and Mpesa.
  • Prepare daily reports and reconcile end-of day receipts.
  • Relay messages between clients and therapists. Inform therapists of any special client requests or conditions.
  • Promote and sell spa products and services. Upsell additional services on treatments where appropriate.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Ensure that brochures, magazines, and other promotional materials are well stocked and neatly arranged.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
    Escalate Issues to the spa manager when necessary.
