- The Modern Trade Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales, distribution, and merchandising of our diaper and sanitary pad products in modern retail outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, pharmacies, and e-commerce platforms).
- This position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage key accounts, drive brand visibility, and ensure the implementation of merchandising standards to enhance product availability and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the performance of modern retail outlets across the country
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the modern retail channel.
- Ensure effective product placement, in-store visibility, and promotional activities in key retail outlets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute in-store marketing campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, product displays, and promotions.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards for product presentation and stock management.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Lead and Conduct training for the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure optimal product availability and timely deliveries to modern retail stores.

- Resolve any supply chain or stock-related issues in collaboration with the logistics team to minimize product shortages.
- Onboard new KDs to supply to the modern retail store when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related role, preferably in FMCG with a focus on Modern trade.
- Strong knowledge of Modern trade channels, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and e-commerce.
- Proven track record in sales management, brand development, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
