Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Anambra
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines
- Shadow senior team members to understand operational workflows
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skill set
- Provide support to departments by undertaking various administrative and operational tasks
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Prepare reports and presentations based on collected data
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering
- Recent graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
