Job Role:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market segments and   opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • We encourage applications from candidates aged 30 years and below.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
