Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations, including answering calls and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Respond to client inquiries about services, products, and promotions.
- Manage inventory of office and skincare supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Support marketing efforts, such as maintaining social media posts or promotional materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 1 – 2 years experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
- Basic understanding of aesthetics and skincare services is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive client information.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 – 2 years in a similar administrative role, ideally in a spa or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software (e.g., Fresha, Mindbody).
- Knowledge of billing and basic accounting processes.
- Background in customer service or client relations.
