Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our human resources operations.
- The HR Personnel will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Plan and deliver training and professional development programs.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
- Utilize HR software to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize efficiency and support decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
