Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at NephroMed Kenya located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Associate will build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets in terms of patient numbers to be treated and served.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and products and services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous sales experience in healthcare or related field is not desirable, however shall be an advantage ( 6 months to 1 year).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
compensation
This profile is incentive based with reasonable retainer. Negotiable, performance based with clear objectives.
