Position: Fleet Tracker Monitoring and NTSA Specialist
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary: KES 50,000 (Gross Monthly)

Keitt Exporters Limited is looking for a Fleet Tracker Monitoring and NTSA Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance, monitoring fleet operations, and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Monitoring:
- Monitor fleet vehicles using GPS tracking systems and address anomalies in real-time.
- Generate and analyze tracking reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Track vehicle movements to prevent unauthorized use and ensure adherence to routes.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure all vehicles comply with NTSA regulations, including registration, licensing, inspection, and insurance.
- Maintain an updated database of vehicle documentation and coordinate timely renewals.
- Liaise with NTSA and other authorities to address compliance-related issues.
Reporting:
- Provide daily updates to the Fleet Manager regarding vehicle operations and compliance.
- Investigate incidents involving company vehicles and recommend preventive measures.
Operational Support:
- Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and fuel usage.
- Assist the Fleet Manager in implementing policies to improve fleet operations and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using GPS tracking software and fleet management tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NTSA compliance requirements and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in fleet management or NTSA compliance is a significant advantage.
