Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations at our office in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, managing emails, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
– Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Greet visitors, clients, and employees, and ensure they are directed to the correct person or department.
– Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both physical and digital.
– Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.
– Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role.
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Reside in Lekki Phase 1 or nearby areas.
– Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
