In addition, the community runs a vibrant monthly mentoring circle for girls aged 3 to 17. The role is located in Kuje.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Raising Girls With Irene Bangwell. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with parents and caregivers, facilitating discussions, organizing events, and creating a supportive online and offline community for parents seeking guidance on sex education for girls.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community engagement and event planning
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to empathize and connect with parents and caregivers
- Experience in counselling or education is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field
- Growing a thriving social media community for existing and potential community members.
