Business and Marketing Development Associate

Job Summary

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about closing deals and earning more from commissions, a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager who has experience closing deals with high-network individuals, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of selling high end products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Networking:

* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close new

business opportunities for the company.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

* Build and maintain strategic and strong business relationships with potential and key

clients, partners, and stakeholders.

* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our

brand and products.

2. Market Development:

* Identify untapped markets and develop strategies to penetrate them.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach campaigns that effectively

communicate the company’s value proposition.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends, competitors,

and customer needs.

3. Client Relationship Management:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service

and satisfaction.

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

4. On-the-Move Presence:

* Travel extensively to meet potential clients, conduct presentations, and close deals.

* Act as the company’s brand ambassador in different locations, ensuring consistent

messaging and professionalism.

5. Strategic Planning:

* Work closely with senior management to align business development strategies with

company goals.

* Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales

performance, and growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

6. Business Analytics

* Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Not less than 5 years of progressive experience in sales/business development positions and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Experience in the Health Industry and a broad understanding of Health and wellness products are desirable but not essential for this job.

* Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, sales strategies, practices,

and methodologies.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Experience targeting new markets/segments and developing unique offerings that are clearly

distinguished from the competition.

* A strong client relationship orientation and listening skills that contribute to the development

of lasting, trust-based client relationships.

* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.

* Ability to analyze market data and trends to develop informed strategies.

* Must be a strategic Sales Guru
