Job Title: Sonographer/Radiographer
Location: Gudu, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations (MRI, CT, X-RAY etc.)
- Analyze and interpret sonographic data to provide accurate results for diagnosis and maintain ultrasound equipment.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Explain procedures to patients, address their concerns, and ensure their comfort during examinations.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- Certification licensing body.
- Proficiency in multiple areas of sonography/radiography (e.g., vascular, OB/GYN, abdominal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced imaging techniques and specialized ultrasound applications.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
