Role Description
This is a contract role for a Mechanical EVs Engineer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), inspection, and automotive tasks on-site to support the electric mobility solutions provided by UTU Cars Africa.
Qualifications
- Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive skills
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and inspection processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and renewable energy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in electric mobility or automotive industry is a plus
- Valid drivers license and experience.
- Good conduct certificate.
