• Position: NOC Support
• Location: Dar es salaam, Posta Azikiwe

Qualifications:
• Technical experience of 2 years + in the similar department
• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Certifications in relevant technical field
• Monitoring ALL base stations/POPs uptime, uplinks, congestion, downtime
• Monitoring Observe alerts
• Troubleshooting customer issues/Tickets and Follow up with Engineer
• Escalation to PARTNER for any issues & Follow Up
• New POP Deployment (Mikrotik) – Configure, Liaise – Site Engineer, Liaise – Partner
• New Customer Static Deployment – Netbox, POP Router, CRM
• New VPLS Customer Deployment – POP Router, CRM
• MPLS/VPLS Troubleshooting
• Respond WHOLESALE, ENTERPRISE – Customer Email, SMS, WhatsApp
• Updates on all issues via NOC WhatsApp Group
