Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Front Office Supervisor at Hotel Capitol located in Ikeja. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing receptionist duties, ensuring excellent customer service, managing reservations, and effective communication with guests and team members.
Salary Range
Between N80,000 to N120,000 monthly
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Candidates should possess a minimum of ND qualifications.
- Candidates should reside within Ojodu, Ikeja, Agege, Ogba, Iyana Ipaja, Ojota axis.
