Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth.
– Supervise and ensure the efficient use of material, machines and human resources.
– Collaborate with senior leadership to define goals and implement action plans.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and policies.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate business initiatives.
– Identify and explore new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
– Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team to enhance team performance.
Requirements
– A Bachelor’s degree
– A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, sales, or related roles.
– Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving business growth.
– Good Leadership skills with experience in team management.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Tech Savvy.
