BRAC Tanzania Finance LTD is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self- motivated individual to fill up the following position.
Position (1): Assistant Products Delivery Manager
Job Location: Dar es salaam HQ
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing and managing new MF programmatic projects (either initiated by programme or fundraising affiliate) – ensure projects are strategically aligned with BRAC International MF strategic priority areas and USSPM 3 (Design products, services and delivery channels that meet clients ‘needs and preferences) and define project budget accordingly.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: project objectives and lessons
- Conduct primary and secondary research.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
- Analyze various market segments and collaborate with leadership to choose the best ones to
pursue in line with BI MF strategic priorities.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Attending conferences and training is required to maintain proficiency.
- For pilot product projects – implement adaptations and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve
the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and
expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Microfinance & Enterprise
Management.
- 2-3 years’ experience working with any Microfinance institution or banks with lending operations Previous working experience on product development and social performance management will be a plus
- In depth knowledge of microfinance operations
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent decision-making and project management and planning capabilities.
- Detail oriented; excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
- Conflict resolution experience.
