Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Daily Operations: Supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities for smooth operations;
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficient workflows to increase productivity and reduce costs;
- Team Management: Leading and managing a team, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support;
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures;
- Inventory Management: Planning and overseeing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess or shortage;
- Quality Control: Implementing and monitoring measures to ensure products or services meet established standards;
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing deliveries;
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinating the movement of goods, managing transportation, and optimizing supply chain processes;
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and implementing safety protocols;
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational assessment;
- Customer Service and Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient operations and effective problem resolution;
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of organizational goals and implementing strategies to achieve them;
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to organization goals and developing contingency plans;
- Technology and Systems Integration: Utilizing technology and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency;
- Communication and Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on operational performance and progress towards goal;
- Developing Company Policies and Operating procedures: Creating and enforcing policies and operating procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Project Management and Support: Planning, overseeing and providing support in projects.
- Tracking Operational Costs: Monitoring expenses to maintain profit margins.
- Promoting Efficiency: Implementing improved operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Analyzing Operational Data: Reviewing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring product inventories.
- Maintaining Positive Relationships: Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
- Assisting with Employee Training and Evaluation: Supporting in employee training and conducting evaluations.
- Sourcing and Evaluating Business and Investment Opportunities: sourcing new business and investment opportunities for the “7-Fifteen’s shareholders”, which may or may not be related to 7-Fifteen’s core business; evaluating such investment opportunities and acting as a key representative for 7-Fifteen within any investee companies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
