Position: Full-Time Pharmacist

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Pharmacist: A valid pharmacist license in Nigeria is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a professional pharmacy setting.
  • Customer-centric Skills: Strong upselling and cross-selling abilities to enhance customer experience.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: Computer proficiency is essential, as BetterYou is a digitally inclined company.
  • Passion for Patient Care: Exceptional communication skills and dedication to providing a personalized experience.
  • Innovative Thinker: Eager to stay updated on pharmacy practice and technology developments.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and willing to share knowledge to improve team performance and patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications and provide detailed medication counseling to patients.
  • Monitor patient health and progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient care.
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pharmacy services.
