Mediamax Network Limited is a national multi-media broadcaster on print (People Daily), radios (Milele FM, Kameme FM, Msenangu, Emoo, Meru FM, Mayian), TVs (K24 TV and Kameme TV), online and social networks. Mediamax Network Ltd generates content primarily in Kiswahili and English with several radio stations broadcasting in vernacular.
The Role – Bilingual Reporter:
A creative and motivated bilingual Reporter to join the K24TV Newsroom.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To gather news as assigned by editors
- Engage in editorial productions in various capacities
Requirements:
- Knowledge of local, regional and international News
- Excellent insights on a wide range of issues,with understanding of audience needs
- Minimum qualification – Diploma in Journalism, Communication or Media Studies.
- At least 4 years of experience in the role of reporting
