We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
● Administrative Support: Complete daily tasks that help the sales team stay organized and efficient.
● Managing RFQs: Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring they are accurate and sent out on time.
● Email Management: Respond to and organize email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
● Costing and Pricing: Prepare pricing documents, double-checking for accuracy and alignment with customer and business needs.
● Follow-Ups: Track and follow up on quotes, proposals, and outstanding tasks with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure deadlines are met.
● Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of sales documents, quotes, and client communications.
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role.
● Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Must be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
● Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully manage numbers and documents, ensuring accuracy.
● Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
● Communication Skills: Professional and clear communication with team members, clients, and suppliers.
● Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and anticipate the needs of the sales team.
● Teamwork: A collaborative approach to working with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
● Basic understanding of sales processes.
● Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
● Experience handling inquiries, quotations or similar client-facing documents.
