Pyramidia Venture Studio is recruiting a skilled Logistics and Dispatch Supervisor to support our Sindo-based ventures. We are seeking a professional to oversee and optimize dispatch and logistics processes for our operations in the region.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TheLogistics and Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for managing receiving, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities. The role requires ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining detailed records and minimizing inefficiencies.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversee the efficient fulfillment of orders, including proper handling and packing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement control measures.
- Ensure goods meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Lead, train, and motivate the dispatch and logistics team.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be physically fit and capable of regularly lifting and carrying up to 20kg.
