Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Assistant at The Startup Place Ltd in Lekki. The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for HR management, HRIS administration, benefits administration, and training initiatives to support the company’s human resources functions.

Qualifications

 

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Benefits Administration and Training skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
