Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of goods, services, and supplies across our diverse business portfolio, including Agriculture,Supermarket,Foods, Food Exportation , Restaurant and Arcade. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in different business units.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement plans, aligning with business objectives.
– Manage purchasing processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
– Provide regular procurement performance reports, analyzing results and adjusting strategies.
– Conduct market research, analyzing trends, competition, and supplier capabilities.
– Oversee inventory management, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
– Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
– Negotiate stock prices, and terms, ensuring favorable agreements.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
– Managing Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
– Ideally worked as a buyer or procurement manager for supermarket chains and has contacts with companies , wholesalers, distributors to ensure products are sourced at the CHEAPEST prices.
Requirements:
– Minimum 4-5 years of experience in procurement management.
– Proven track record of success in procurement, preferably in a multi-business environment.
