
SOUS CHEF
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the À la Carte kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth service.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
- Manage kitchen costs to meet budget targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar in a high-volume à la carte kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.

- Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory systems) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- May be required to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
