Job Title: Sales Admin Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Admin Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and administration. You will assist the sales team in managing administrative tasks, tracking sales performance, maintaining customer databases, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing and organizing sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Help in processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining sales contracts and proposals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone and provide support where needed.
  • Help track and follow up on pending sales leads and opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support for the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and preparing sales materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining sales-related files and records.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about the sales process and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
