Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, or CIPD) preferred.
- 4+ years in an HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of Kenya’s employment laws for
HR compliance. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills for effective employee interaction and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft
Office/Google Workspace. - High ethical standards and confidentiality
