Marketing & Activations Sales Assistant

The Marketing & Activations Sales Assistant will primarily support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives across all our real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, and activations
  2. Handle event logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, and on-site management.
  3. Attend activations, engage with potential clients, and generate leads for the sales team.
  4. Ensure timely follow-up on leads, involving the Head of Sales as needed.
  5. Aid in the development of marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, and digital content.
  6. Collect data on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for future activities.
  7. Maintain an updated client database and assist with follow-up communication to drive conversions.
  8. Monitor competitor activities to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
  4. Commitment, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
  5. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings for events.
