Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and responsibleCommercial Delivery Driver to join our delivery team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of safe and efficient driving, particularly with both manual and automatic delivery vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport goods to specified delivery locations across Nairobi and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.
- Regularly inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and scheduled servicing.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and demonstrate a commitment to safe driving.
- Drive various vehicle types, including manual vehicles such as Toyota Hilux, Toyota Hiace, and Mitsubishi Canter (up to 3 tonnes), as well as automatic cars.
Qualifications:
- Valid Kenyan Identification Card.
- Valid Kenyan driver’s license with a minimum of 6 years of driving experience.
- Proven experience with manual vehicles (Toyota Hilux, Toyota Hiace, Mitsubishi Canter) and automatic cars.
- Excellent time management and route planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
