Requirements and skills
- A minimum of a diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline is required
- 1+ years Server experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Knowledge and passion for food
- Customer focused attitude
- Clear communicator: fluent English & comfortable face-to-face
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and to take the initiative when unsupervised
- Experience of handling customers’ complaints
