Qualifications

  1. Second Upper-division honours degree and above in Finance, Accounting or Economics with a Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA.
  2. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  3. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  5. Knowledge of financial regulations.
  6. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  7. Sharp time management and communication skills.
  8. Strong attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that compliance measures are effectively integrated into processes.
  2. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for projects within the company.
  3. Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  4. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and databases.
  5. Develop and implement compliance programs to prevent violations of internal policies and regulations.
  6. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks.
  7. Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure timely updates to compliance policies

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
  2. Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  8. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management practices.
  9. Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  10. Experience in accounting and, preferably, in a foundation or nonprofit environment.
